Gooey mozzarella cheese, flavorful marinara sauce, a sprinkling of pepperoni, it’s no wonder pizza is one of the most popular foods in the world. But if you’re one of the millions of people with a gluten intolerance, you know that it can be tough to find food that meets your needs.

In this article, I am here to help you find answers to your burning GF pizza questions. We are looking specifically at one popular pizza joint, Little Caesars. I did some research to see if they offer gluten-free pizza, and this is what I found.

Does Little Caesars Have Gluten Free Pizza?
Little Caesars is known for its HOT-N-READY pizza made with fresh, never frozen dough and low prices. Convenient for sure, but does this popular pizza chain offer any gluten-free options?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. According to the nutritional information on their website, all of their pizzas are made with wheat flour and they do not have a gluten-free option. So if you are looking for a quick and easy pizza option that is also gluten-free, you will have to choose another pizza place, like Papa Murphy’s or Domino’s.
Are Little Caesars Wings Gluten Free?

Little Caesars is best known for their pizzas, but they also offer a small selection of side items, including wings. Though the wings are technically gluten free, there is a high chance of cross-contamination from other menu items, like all those pizzas. I would not eat them if you have celiac disease or are highly sensitive to contamination.
What is Gluten Free at Little Caesars?

You may be wondering does Little Caesars have ANY gluten-free options? Good question.
Like I mentioned above, the wings are technically gluten-free, but cross contamination is likely. My advice would be to choose another pizza/wings place that knows what they are doing when it comes to preparing gluten-free meals. The key is to make sure that the food is not coming into contact with any surfaces or utensils that have been contaminated with gluten. A restaurant with a separate area for preparing gluten-free food, would be your best bet.
Gluten Free Alternatives to Little Caesars Pizza
Finding tasty pizza that is also GF is tough but there are options out there, some local to Phoenix and some of the world’s largest pizza chains too.
Gluten Free Pizza Restaurants
Here in Phoenix, there are a couple of really good sit-down restaurants that offer totally delicious pizzas. My family’s favorites include Grimaldi’s Pizzeria (awesome GF crust and pizza sauce!) and Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen (entire dedicated gluten-free menu).

The Takeaway
If you’re looking for a gluten-free pizza option, Little Caesars is not the place to go. However, there are plenty of other places that offer great GF pizzas.
