Is Krispy Kreme Gluten Free?

Unfortunately, Krispy Kreme does NOT make a gluten free donut. Most traditional donuts are made with wheat flour, which contains gluten—a protein found in many grains. Gluten gives dough its elasticity, but it can be problematic for those with gluten-related disorders or those trying to avoid it for various reasons.

If it were me, I would drive past Krispy Kreme and go to a gluten free bakery. But if you’re out with friends or family and they want to stop, at least there is something you can enjoy.

When it comes to being content on a gluten free diet, finding really good alternatives to your favorite foods is key. Here are my favorite ways to enjoy gluten free donuts.
