Is Krispy Kreme Gluten Free?
Unfortunately, Krispy Kreme does NOT make a gluten free donut. Most traditional donuts are made with wheat flour, which contains gluten—a protein found in many grains. Gluten gives dough its elasticity, but it can be problematic for those with gluten-related disorders or those trying to avoid it for various reasons.

While Krispy Kreme’s donuts contain gluten, they do offer drinks that are gluten free.
If it were me, I would drive past Krispy Kreme and go to a gluten free bakery. But if you’re out with friends or family and they want to stop, at least there is something you can enjoy.
Basically all of their drinks are gluten free. If you suffer from celiac disease or extreme intolerance, however, it might not be worth the risk. Cross-contamination is a real thing especially in a bakery.
